Commission - We offer discount / variable rates! Because we do not pay franchise fees or have high overhead expenses, we are able to pass these savings to you without sacrificing service. WG Real Estate cuts cost not service. As a matter a fact, you will probably find we do much more than most Realtors. Our full service marketing is offered at a rate of 5% of the sales price. Buyer's agents are still offered a full 3%. Some discount companies will discount your rate, but also discount the amount they offer to selling agents. Additionally, if we find the buyer, the total commission is further discounted to 3%. A few exceptions apply, ask for details.
Cancellation Guarantee - Don't worry about being locked in to a long term listing contract... with no way out. There is a better way: We guarantee if you are ever displeased with WG Real Estate Services and the situation can not be remedied to your satisfaction, your listing will be canceled with no obligation.
