Refer to repairs and maintenance sections of your lease agreement. Submit one request for multiple items. A repair deductible may apply to certain repairs as outlined in your lease agreement. We strive to respond to and complete most ordinary repairs within 2 business days. Please do not call immediately after submitting a request and ask if we received it. You will be emailed a confirmation of your request the moment it is submitted.
